Do you want to feel ready for your baby’s birth? Our pregnancy course gives you important knowledge and exercises, so you feel strong and confident. In 8 weekly online lessons, you will learn everything about giving birth and the first weeks with your baby.
Whether this is your first baby or not, we help you feel relaxed and prepared.
Body exercises: Simple exercises to strengthen your belly, back, and pelvic floor muscles. This helps during birth and makes recovery easier.
Managing contractions: Learn how to handle contractions so you stay calm and feel less pain.
Relaxation techniques: In every lesson, we practice breathing and relaxation to help you stay focused during birth.
The course is not only about birth but also about what happens after:
Care after birth: What can you expect from maternity care and the first days at home with your baby?
Becoming a mother: How does your life change, and how can you adjust? We give useful tips.
Your partner is important during birth. That’s why they can join two lessons. Together, you will learn breathing techniques and ways to support contractions. This helps you experience birth as a team.
After your baby is born, you can join a special session. You can share your experience, ask questions, and meet other parents again.
The course costs €170 for 8 lessons. If you have a low income, you can join for free.

Tijdens een zwangerschapscursus krijg je praktische informatie over je zwangerschap en leer je bepaalde technieken die je kunnen helpen bij de bevalling. Je krijgt bewegings-, houdings- en ontspanningstips voor in de zwangerschap en tijdens de bevalling. Daarnaast krijg je onder andere twee keer samen met je partner voorlichting over de bevalling, over borstvoeding en over het contact met je baby.
Je kunt het beste starten als je 26-30 weken zwanger bent. Geef je tijdig op want de cursussen zijn snel volgeboekt! Je kunt je al inschrijven als je 12 weken zwanger bent, dus we raden je echt aan je zo vroeg mogelijk in te schrijven.
